Candice Robinson is an inspiring consultant and IDEA practitioner and strategist. Candice specializes in engaging clients to enable the organizational cultural transformation to create inclusive, diverse, equitable, and antiracist environments where all feel welcome.
Candice has built extensive experience in consulting and interim assignments with healthcare organizations and systems, academic institutions, membership organizations, state and local government, and community organizations. A sensitive yet forthright leader, she has a passion for inspiring and empowering others to be their best. She works with clients to drive cross-functional collaboration at all levels of an organization to evaluate and identify cultural norms and needs along with established policies, procedures, and practices.
Candice’s career began in social services, later joining Cook Ross where she co-created and launched Consulting, Assessment, and Strategy Line of Business (CAS LOB) from the ground up as part of a collaborative team. After being laid off due to the global pandemic, Candice launched C. Robinson Consults, an emerging consulting firm focused on creating inclusive spaces where all are welcome. Along with C. Robinson Consults clients, Candice has partnered with Courage to Care, JUMLA Network, Advancing Health Equity, Health Justice, and DiversifyEd Consulting, assisting with the growth of their respective assessment and strategy divisions. During her time with these organizations, Candice has executed numerous assessments at a variety of organizations to create organizational strategies and tactical plans to establish and improve IDEA metrics and KPIs.
Her experience is underpinned by a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Adler University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
