Candice Robinson is a Diversity Analyst-turned-Independent Consultant whose mission is to assist organizations in building an inclusive workplace where all are welcome.
Before starting C. Robinson Consults, Candice spent five years in the Analytics and Human Resources field in both the private and public sector. Prior to starting C. Robinson Consults, Candice was an Analyst with Cook Ross. While there, she successfully contributed to the origination and establishment of the Consulting, Assessment, and Strategy line of business by designing and developing frameworks, tools, process, communications, solutions, products, and client engagement protocols.
During her time with Cook Ross, Candice developed and administered Belonging in the Remote Workplace experience survey. She designed questions and scales for five indices: interpersonal relationships, team dynamics, organizational leadership, remote program performance and change management communications to assess employee acclimation to change and transition.
Candice recognizes that there is no single solution that works for every organization, so she continues to educate herself on best practices within the organizational development field to provide the most comprehensive solution that works for each organization’s individual needs. She has experience in strategic development, analytics, framework development, survey design, change management, conflict resolution, and many others.
She received her education at the Adler University with a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
